Maybe you’ve already heard of Aeropress – an espresso maker which runs on little more than the power of air pressure. Even though it resembles the toy syringe you’d get in the fisher price doctors set, with just this piece of kit, espresso powder and a little hot water you can make a mean espresso coffee – whether at home or outdoors. After your finished cleaning up is a piece of cake, simply undo the cap and rinse. The simplicity has made it popular abroad – it may not be long til it catches on here in Japan.
